Help me understand..
How in the hell can I get a ticket for a suspended drivers license when I am simply SITTING in the drivers seat, car is NOT started.
AND..the dumbass wanted to search my car, which I declined, so therefore he calls the
K-9's in, the stupid dog runs around the car barking and the officer gives him a toy! So they say that was enough to search my vehicle.
Here's my problem...#1 there was NOTHING in my car and hasnt been for sometime now, the stupid cop that searched it pulls a tylenol pm from the car, sits it on top of my car grinning from ear to ear, and Im like look it is tylenol pm, he was like "sure it is", I laughed at him.
#2 I was doing NOTHING wrong, sitting in the drivers side, they can't find ANYTHING to charge me with so they give me a ticket for suspended L's.
Ok Im thinking this is BS, and I should fight this one.

This is a tough one......if you had let them search they would probably have found and done the same thing since they had nothing.
I'm not sure what the law is about sitting in a car with a suspended license.....might have something to do with where you were and if you were the only one in the car....so they assumed you had to drive to that point.

DUI's are issued for that as posted. FWIW: No way that dog smelled the Tylenol.
HEY! Get Mag's guy on it. That'll be TWO cases where the police get what fer...in other words count your blessings and pay the damn thing.

The dog smelled NOTHING! That was just an excuse for them. The cop that wrote the ticket called for a female officer to search me, and the guy that had the k-9 said Mrs. ****** how long has it been since you had narcotics in your car, and I said its been a while, and I was completely honest with him. he said cancel the female officer and he left. you could tell he didnt agree with the asshole cop that wrote the ticket. IT WAS BS!
